I have created a photo album that can be viewed with all my artwork that is currently available for sale. To view the gallery, click on the following link and it will take you to a Google photo album I've created:
Current Art Gallery (January 2016)
I will do my best to keep this updated, and I wasn't able to find a way to label the photos and tell you anything more about them, but you may contact me if you see a piece that you enjoy. Just so you're aware, the price range varies from as little as $10 to as much as $230. The cost of most of my pieces is between $30 and $75. As always, I'm glad that there are people who enjoy my artwork, I am thankful to God for the ability to create what I do, and I love being able to make beautiful things.
The majority of the money I make from selling this art work is going to help fund my planned return to Romania this year. I have been blessed to spend a total of four and a half months over the last four years with Outstretched Hands. Located in the south-eastern part of Romania, they work primarily in Childrens' minsitry, childrens' education and church planting. It sounds strange to say that I will be a part of church planting, but in this setting it is not uncommon for a new church to begin mostly with the children in a village. It's like Jesus said, "Let the children come to me and forbid them not, for of such is the kingdom of heaven." I want to also take a part in the education that OH gives, holding a Kindergarten at the Hope Centre at Caramidari to begin the process of life-long learning in a place where education is not valued and poverty is rampant. I want to be a part of the Pro-Life ministry there, since in Romania is 3 out of 4 pregnancies end in abortion. I love being able to speak the language and thus develop relationships directly with the locals, rather than through a translator. This has helped me become a friend to young girls in several locations, girls who need someone in their lives to encourage them in the things of God.
The fields are white with harvest, and we need to pray that God will send workers into the harvest. This is what I want to be. The extent of the work that Outstretched Hands is much more than what I've described, but this is a start to understanding why I am always talking about Romania and painting scenes from Romania and selling art to go to Romania. I know there are many places in the world that need Jesus, even our own neighborhoods, but Romania is where I know that God has called me. If you would like to read more about my times there and my current plans for Romania, feel free to look at my missions blog,
